Goldridge Estate Agents was established in July 2002, although Geoff Mauger and Kelvin Seeds have some 50 years' combined experience between them in the local property business. Pierre Blampied has been a director since the company's inception and in 2006 Matt de la Mare joined the company. Matt was appointed as a director in 2010 and in 2009 Nigel Jones, a Chartered Surveyor and highly respected local property professional, joined the board as a non-executive director. The company has stuck to it's original ethos of providing a friendly and personal service associated with a small local firm, combined with the benefits of a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Geoff Mauger BSc (Estate Management) has been involved in the local property business for many years, having previously worked as a valuer in the public sector in the UK. Kelvin Seeds is a well known figure locally, having been one of the Island's top football refereees until recently. He has spent the last fifteen years in estate agency, gaining vast experience in the field. In 2011 Kelvin became an accredited Silver Guernsey Tourist Guide. Matt de la Mare joined the company in June 2006, having taken a major career change from his previous life as a golf professional. Matt's busy schedule still includes time for paying cricket, hockey and golf but he has built up an extensive knowledge of local property matters and was appointed as a Director in 2010.
